  1. how long should you do the first workout(only this one) a day for how long to see a difference? (Combined with healthy eating and some other activities) ?

  2. We train both Interval style and to Failure.
    1. Interval. go for 1 minute and do as many as possible and repeat for 4-5 sets.
    2. Failure. push yourself to go to failure where you cannot do any more. 2-3 sets.
    Alther these styles for each workout.
    pushing yourself to maximum should show results in just a few sessions.

  3. You can see results without the bands however we like how the bands fire your stabilizer muscles to maximize results.
    The key is eating right, toning your muscles, burning calories and fat.
    The old saying that Abs are made in the kitchen is very true.
