how long should you do the first workout(only this one) a day for how long to see a difference? (Combined with healthy eating and some other activities) ?
We train both Interval style and to Failure.
1. Interval. go for 1 minute and do as many as possible and repeat for 4-5 sets.
2. Failure. push yourself to go to failure where you cannot do any more. 2-3 sets.
Alther these styles for each workout.
pushing yourself to maximum should show results in just a few sessions.

Will these still work without the bands?
You can see results without the bands however we like how the bands fire your stabilizer muscles to maximize results.
The key is eating right, toning your muscles, burning calories and fat.
The old saying that Abs are made in the kitchen is very true.
We like to do 2-3 sets with intervals. Do the set for about 45 seconds to a minute and work on keeping your muslces tight and contracted.

Squeeze your abs as you lift up. You are actually working your thighs and glutes as well.
