Disclaimer: Please remember that we cannot spot reduce fat, meaning we can’t choose the areas on our body where we loose fat. However to get fat loss results I recommend the following:
1. Being in calorie deficit
2. Cardio/ HIIT workout (I often call these Fat Loss/Burn workouts on my channel)
3. Resistance training and specific muscle targeted workouts. To strengthen and develop specific muscles.

I’ve been doing this for 4 days now along with her other workouts I’ve only been doing waist workouts today tried cardio and wow I’ve actually know that cardio is for fat loss and like these are for both it helps u shape your body cardio just burns and doesn’t shape so I’ll just continue doing both I’m wanting to have the body I want before summer rn I’m trying to eat clean but since it’s holiday I can’t eat that clean but I’ll try my best ❤

    Day 2: The whole day my legs were hurting fr and it was very hard today but i forced myself and did it

  4. 5’4” 122.8 pounds (goal: 115)
    Diet: no diet, just slightly smaller portions
    Gonna record each day

    1: def couldn’t do everything perfectly so did it slower. I’ll try to build up strength as we go
    2: I wasn’t sore which made me think I did something wrong. opted for some modifications this time. Def felt the burn during some of these. Tired of a weird popping sound when I do bicycle kicks lol. I enjoyed it!!
    Day3: had a terrible headache so I attempted the workout but couldn’t continue because of the pain
    Day4: went well! I’m was able to do it way better than the first day for sure! I’m not sure if I’m noticing results but my body feels pretty good. I think I notice a more drastic difference between my waist and hips (smaller waist).
    Day5: easier today!

  5. i can definetly approove this ive lost 5 pounds in one week on the scale!! ik it might sound fake but im just a teenager that tyna loose weight before school stats and summer ends- im not doing it bc im ashamed of my body im not doing it for other to look at me and tell me that im pretty just bc i changed my body im doing it for my health and bc i want to stay active dont do it if others wont accept u for who u are and how ur body is if they cant accept u dont accept them but u can definetly do it! im a vey lazy person if i can do it u can soooooooo do it for sure!

  7. Girls who are looking for results this is for u !! Before I did this workout I had a pretty small waist and I wanted it to be a little bit smaller so I did these workouts. After doing these for a few days I decided to check if there was any difference.. let me tell u there definitely was…when I checked I was furious-my waist became WAY wider and I now have a wide waist and I’m trying to go back to having my original waist. This workout is NOT recommended

    Özellikle önce üsteki sonra da alttaki bacağı kaldırdığın, sonra da birlikte indirdiğin hatekette sol tarafı yapmaya devam edemedim. VE O EN SON HAREKET NEYDİ ÖYLE

    2. Gün: Birinci gün hiçbir şeymiş!!!
    Dün sporu yaptıktan sonra ya da bu sabah uyandığımda vücudumda hiç bir etkisini hissetmemiştim ama akşama doğru kas ağrılarımın farkına varmaya başladım. Ama iş hareletleri tekrar yapmaya gelince… YOK BÖYLE Bİ ŞEY! Hareketleri ilk başta az biraz yapsam da sonlarına doğru çoğu hareketi yapamadım. Yapmaya çalıştığımda ise kalçalarımın yan taraflarının biraz aşağısına kramp giriyormuş gibi hissettim.. Tabi bütün bacağımda hissettiğim yanmalar da cabası
