Sorry for not updating after I finished the exercise, I see a little difference in my hips and butt too! It was a fun experience and I recommend you to try it 🙂
I'm gonna insert this workout + "love handles" + "10 day lean abs" inside my yoga practice, after some sun salutations and warriors and before stretches and meditation.
