  1. Im not flat but my hips could use some work, i want them to be a bit curver so im doing this bc im tryna look better b4 school 🙂

    day 1: I made it through! I def felt that burn too, I felt it in my hips and side booty so i think that's good

    day 2: I made ittt i still rlly felt the burn today too, i cant wait to see results

    LITTLE EDIT: its 12:12AM, i see slight results, not in my hips tho, in my thighs, they are smaller, i dont want this to happen bc im already thick i dont want to loose that i just dont want my curves to be more noticeable

    day1: ✅ pretty easy except for the last exercice for both sides it was hard
    day2:✅ done yall im feeling more confident i can see a bit change in the size of my hips
    day3:✅ done yall im crashing this yall never give up i actlly start being more motivated and i feel so comfident with my hips they seem so much filler
    day4:🙈restday! i wasnt feeling like working but im seeing results also i wanna say i do this workout plus+ squats and more workouts for the butt!!
    day5:✅done yall i was sweating but ive done im seeing changes and im lovin it
    day6:✅ done yall im lovin my results
    day7:✅ done yall im back with more energy i did took two days rest cause rest days are the key and also i can tell my hips are more of an hourglass but still having that hip dip
    day8:✅😭 yall done im seeing great results and my hips r bigger but my hip dip is still there for anyone asking!! also ill start doing her top 10side booty exercices workout and her heart shaped butt for better results ☺

    1st day: sweated a little , it wasn't too hard
    2nd day: done , easier than yesterday
    3rd day: done
    4th day: didn't do it, I was exhausted
    5th day: done

    7th day: done
    Sorry for not updating after I finished the exercise, I see a little difference in my hips and butt too! It was a fun experience and I recommend you to try it 🙂

  4. I'm gonna insert this workout + "love handles" + "10 day lean abs" inside my yoga practice, after some sun salutations and warriors and before stretches and meditation. 
    Waist: 64
    Hips: 88
    Butt: 94
    I'm not gonna control nutrition but I generally eat well. some days I do a second yoga or cardio workout before dinner. I'll come back in a week!

  5. DAY 1- i felt the burn! Though it was easier than I thought! I started this two nights before school starts, so it won't show much progress when i want it to, but as long as it works!

    and i saw results but not wht i want

    i would like to say thx lily but i gotta change the workout into harder one <3

  7. day 1: the burn wasnt bad but thats also bcs im kind of an athletic person and good with workout especially butt ones, but after i checked the mirror on one side it was rly round barely hip dips, but on the right side couldnt rly see a difference idk why😭 but my butt rly did look rounder so thats good
