For off, all minors are supposed to be handcuffed in the front, not behind their backs, but this is an 8 year old child, he shouldn't be handcuffed at all, so I'd sue those pigs too! 😡🤬
Well unless OSHA has changed there rules then kids need to handcuff if they are prisoners and transport them behind barriers in squad cars. . or the city can be fined. 14 year old shot a cop that was going to be nice. the kid found a gun in a car he had broken into . this was 20 years ago. The fine was at that time $20,000
