  1. Wow great vid..still watching but so inspiring. I’m in that space right now of trying to turn pain & depression into somthing positive. Been thru a lot of loss & grief that I feel like I’m always waiting for the next bad thing to happen!😩 I’ve been in denial of needing therapy or jus not going but I hope I bring myself to do it. I don’t wanna be down forever. I know what I can do so thank you for speaking on ur story & reminding me of that. Much ❤️ love, all the best to both yah wonderful ladies💕👑💕✌🏼✌🏼

  2. Just watching this video. It was so moving. I needed to see this so much. I feel so alone in my mental illness at times and your channel has helped me so much. I go to therapy but I feel like you're my therapist as well in a way. Your videos always help me so much and your voice is so soothing to me. Thank you so much for sharing with the world. Mama bee you are so inspiring to me. I hope to be where you are one day!

  3. Hi Katie. Is it possible to struggle with anxiety, depression, social anxiety, PTSD for your whole life even after being in talk therapy for years? I'm trying EMDR therapy next week for trauma related issues and I'm hoping it helps because my life feels like it's never going to progress because of these issues.

  4. I’m crying because of how much I can relate to this video and how she’s just explaining my parents they’re ruining my life because of how strict and emotionally abusive they are I always think about running away or leaving them

  5. Good comment on who you surround yourself with positive people, I’ve had to eliminate some friends and put stronger boundaries around me. But right after I did this I believe I may have made a new friend possibly. I’ve learned take it slowly, trust and respect are earned.
